FUNdamentals Program 2010/11

FUNdamentals is Hockey Canada's Initiation program for 5 and 6 year olds.  It's goals are to have fun, learn some basic hockey skills and to build confidence. The program consists of one lesson (practice) per week and starting in December, an additional ice time for mini hockey games.

The practices and games will take place on the weekend.  The NGHA will attempt as much as possible to have the times be consistent from weekend to weekend.

On ice instruction is provided by the Head Instructor, Jen Capes, along with certified female Instructors (current NGHA players and/or alumni).
