National Coaching Certification Program
From the Hockey Canada website -"The NCCP is currently
undergoing change that will affect all sports in Canada that deliver coach certification programs.
Hockey Canada has been working over the past 5 years re-designing the program
and the 2006-2007 season will be the second year of full implementation of the
new program. The major change coaches will notice is that no longer will all
coaches start at one entry point (Level 1) and progress through the system.
Coaches will now enter a “stream” of coaching relative to the athletes that they
are working with."
